Terms of use
The service
- Globe Trotter Tour Guide is an AI travel companion offering guidance on attractions, food and drink, history, local customs, itineraries, maps, translation and currency.
Your account
- You need an account to save trips and itineraries. You must be at least 16, keep your sign-in details safe, and give accurate information.
Early access and payment
- All plans are free during early access and no card is required. Listed prices are what you'll pay when billing begins, and founding members keep a 21% discount for life.
- We'll notify you by email before any charge starts. Subscriptions can then be cancelled at any time and take effect at the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the guide for anything illegal, don't harass other travelers, don't upload content you have no right to share, and don't attempt to scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
- Accounts that break these rules can be suspended or removed.
Your content
- You keep ownership of your photos, notes and journal entries. You give us only the permission needed to store and display them to you and the friends you choose.
AI guidance is not professional advice
- Answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete or out of date. Always verify opening hours, prices, transport, visa requirements, health and safety information with official sources. Travel decisions remain yours.
Availability and liability
- We aim to keep the service running but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the guide.
Changes and contact
- We may update these terms and will highlight material changes in the app. Questions: support@hiddenlocaltours.com.
